The Nexus Project is a transformative initiative led by The Dare Olufunmilayo Human Capital Foundation (DOHCF), designed to address unemployment and skills gaps in Nigeria. This project aims to establish a network of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Skills Development Hubs across the country, with the first hub located in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State.

The Nexus Project’s mission is to create sustainable economic opportunities by equipping Nigerians with in-demand skills, fostering entrepreneurship, and enabling businesses to thrive through outsourcing services. We are committed to empowering individuals, especially youth, women, and underserved communities, to access career pathways in the global workforce

Our Vision

The Nexus Project envisions a nationwide network of 10 hubs over the next 10 years, strategically located in key cities across Nigeria. These hubs will act as incubators for talent, innovation, and entrepreneurship, providing the infrastructure, training, and support necessary for individuals to succeed in today’s digital economy.

What We Do

The Nexus Project focuses on:

BPO Services: Providing Nigerians with the tools and resources to launch their own BPO startups, while also supporting existing BPO services to cater to international clients.
Skills Development: Offering world-class training in high-demand fields like cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, software development, digital marketing, and customer support.
Entrepreneurship: Empowering individuals with the skills, mentorship, and resources they need to start and scale their own businesses, particularly in the tech and BPO industries.
Residential and Community Support: Ensuring that the hubs are more than just workspaces, but thriving communities with affordable housing, amenities, and support systems for individuals and families.
